Bro, i checked but there is no UMS tracking no written on letter cover.. looks like it's via registered post and i cleared medical yesterday have to report on or before 23rd May.

I'm told that only one person (MalickCss) was offered for two advertised seats of AD P/SA and they are about to advertise more seats again in near future.

Is it true?

It is confirmed. Because there were less candidates qualified and 5 to 1 ratio was not fulfilling for 2 seats of AD P/SA. So, they silently dropped one seat and called 5 persons for interview on single seat.
