Kam as kam kitny saal lagty senior auditor ko 17 scale pe promote hoty? Seniority basis pe promotion hoti hai exams wagera ki basis pe bi ho skti?

By passing PIPFA exam, one can be promoted easily to BPS-17, Otherwise on the basis of qualification you have to wait for 3 years minimum.

In many departments, if you are initially inducted on scale 16, you will only at 18 grade or 19 maximum at retirement . In AGP a senior auditors usually retire at what grade?

As for as my knowledge is concerned, it totally depends upon your qualification and promotional exams.

Well, i was 100% satisfied what I answered in interview and I also judged the facial expressions of the pannel that they have also enjoyed the interview and were happy about me. Overall it was in a very nice environment. Two persons were asking questions in the pannel while third one was observing me. The thing I liked, was that, it was totally relevant interview. Questions like, fiscal policy, Annual Govt. budget, Profit & Loss, Internal Vs external Audit and questions withing my CV. I still remember that there was no wrong answer from my side.
