RESPECTED SIR,
As you know that Universal Testing Service had conducted the test of said post on 17th July 2016 for the candidates of Karachi and other regions in Mari time Training Institute Karachi.
There is huge mismanagement are found in test as follows.
1. In test mobile is allowed and most of students were searching question by mobile internet.
2. Invigilator Staff are totally incompetent around age of 16 to 20 years .
3. Invigilators are the permanent students of Paksitan Mary time Training Institute and wearing uniform of institute/colleague .
4. There is no proper seat arrangements .
5. Every Candidate was sitting with just to next candidates.
6. During Test most of Candidates discussing right answer of mcqs.
7. No one Invigilator Warn for any unfair means.
8. After the Test Maximum Candidates taken snap shots of question book and uploading your Facebook accounts.
9. UTS had destroyed Merit system by this test.
10. UTS had killed the hardworking of Integrated Candidates by promoting Cheating culture in 17th July test.
According to above facts and figure Candidates who had work had and sacrifices your sleeping to get this position are very disappointed.
We have to Appeal you sir test will be reconducted for ensuring transparency in
Disciplinary way by National Testing Service or Baluchistan testing Service.
We will be very thankful to you if you take step against UTS and re conduct of test only for Karachi region

Let me clear dear!!! I have passed more than 30 different test with highest marks. Finally, Interview takes department itself. There department selects its pointed candidates even your scrore is 98/100. So, no need to go in deep. Try again with positive efforts. Testing system is just formality to show transparency.

Dear, We should protest physically against mismanagement of UTS over UTS office, AGP office or Karachi press club. So that something can happen right. otherwise your letter or mail will be deleted without opening
So, nobody will come out of home or comfort zone. as by Drawing room politics no one could win election. same thing will applly here.
