Test date will be announced after further shortlist of candidates because some might not pay the challan fees

Last year I appeared in the test and I was one of the TOP-5 candidates as per NTS Score.
They called some candidates, including me, to appear in another test for which no any proper slip/admit card was issued. Just told me to be present at the specified place on the specified date.
They conducted 2nd test and then no any result was declared. Just some of the candidates were selected, don't know what the selection criteria was chosen for them.

Same is told by my friend, now I am in dilemma whether to pay chalan or not. It is quite clear now that they will appoint their own candidates and will do nepotism. Thinking to leave it, what do you say fellows?
