need help from seniors
Which one is better ASI (BS-09) in police or Computer Operator (BS-16) in Judiciary.
Recently recommended by Public Service Commission for the post of ASI in Police Department |

ASI is far better than a computer operator in terms of power, influence and authority. As an ASI, you could be posted as SHO. Deputation in FIA is also possible. There are prospects for promotion up to the rank of DSP or even SP. Only downside is zero peace of mind.
On the other hand, I think, Computer Operator is job that can give you peace of mind. However, as a computer operator, you will have no influence, power and authority. I don't know about promotion prospects for Computer Operator in judiciary. So, my advice: go for ASI if you dig power, influence and authority. |

In Judiciary i am drawing 40K and in Police it is 25K.
I have consulted with people from police department but no one give me +ive feedback about police and advised me to stick with Computer Operator. |
