Please share about interview who appeared today ??

Though I did not appear today but got to know that the interview panel comprises of 8 people. They have asked subject related questions and are taking too much time for conducting interviews, long duration interview for each candidate. People are still there waiting for their turn to be interviewed.
Hoping somebody else might share further details.

How much candidates today on 22-3-17
On 20-3-17 there were 35 candidated of HR & Admin....my interview was on 20-3-17...on interview list my number was 22 in serial....
Inshallah i will share complete detail of interview alongwith number of post and questions they asked from me....but after 24-3-17 as it is last day of interviews for the candidates of Admin HR....we will discuss in detail inshallah....

another important thing is that the officer who is asking HR questions is very nice person but the uncle sitting in the middle of the selection board (the aged officer) is asking confusing questions...he move from easy questions to hard questions..and if u give wrong answer or say sorry..his reply was very heart breaking..hahahaha...may be he want to see that how we behave in pressure or in confusion..are u people feel same thing..please share your questions and interview experience...good luck to all of you...

Almost every member asked me questions..and I answered except 1 G.K question...they asked mostly about current job...difference between job analysis n job design, positive reinforcement, diff between motivation n satisfaction...etc..they asked straight questions

Yeah, the HR guy is pretty nice and has good behavior, Uncle did not say anything heart-breaking to me:thinking.
3 guys interviewed me and I don't know what the other 3 were doing there!
Interview went well, however, I can't rate it:con. Uncle (the most senior) was curious about my programming/coding skills and the languages I could code. Most questions were bombarded from his side.:blink:

Asked for my current job and its description then questions arised which i gav satisfactory answer to them.

Security clearance forms will be issued to only 18-20 candidates....first 6 will selected..and rest will be on waiting list..because if in top 6..someone not join..or not cleared in security clearance..or become medically unfit..so they call to next reserve candidates.....
My dear this is MTC...a small subsiadry of NESCOM...how can it announce 20 or 30 seats only for the cadre of Admin/HR for only in Islamabad...u people check the adds of FPSC...last time they announce only 30 seats of IB for all pakistan and more then 30000 candidates appeared....

One question from all of you...
That we cleared the test which shows our academics are good..
Then IQ for intelligence...
If some one has previous job experience it is plus point...
Whether all factors will be calculated for final selection or only our interview appearance in front of selection board and percentage of right or wrong answers in interview will matter...

In my point of view they will make merit on the basis of aggregate i.e. test, iq/personality test, qualification and experience. . . Qualification in a sense that two candidates equal in all respect but one has done MS and other has done BBA (Hons), they wil prefer to candidate having MS qualification.
Lets see . . . Keep hope for the best. . . . 😊

I guess they also have great emphasis on academic record...they take into account good GPA n Distinction etc... as competition is very tough..if not everyone then most of the candidates appeared in the interview did well...so see who will be lucky ones..

Mainay zindagi main seekha hai k jab kissi cheez ko hum apnay dimagh main garh letay, tou wou hamay aisay musakhar krdeti hai k roz marrah ki cheezoun say laikr apnay usloub tak, hum ussay k mehwar hokr reh jatay hain. Daana Daana pe Allah nay muqarrar kia hua hai. Kissi ko nokri milay gi, koi sirf wahan ki chai k liyay mukhtas tha. Aisi baaten krnay say, aur phir nakaam honay pe aizaa ziada pohanchti hai. Let's move forward. If there is any update, we'll see.

Totally agree with Mr. Saad. Agar apky naseeb mein hai tu dunia ki koi taqat app se nahi cheen sakti lekin agar kisi aur ka naseeb ha tu koi apko dila nai sakta.

kitne bande the interview board me....
koi security form ki info....
kitne bande bulae the 29-03-17 ko..
because JCO ke interview to 30-03-2017 ko bi hoe hain..
or apko PAEC se shayad admin officer ki call bhi aai he..me ne us me ap ki email ID dekhi h....09-04-17 ko test h...

total 35 candidates thay JCO k lye.. aur interview board main 5 se 6 thay i think ..
palay typing test hua phr interview...
aur koi info nhi security form ki...
je PAEC ki email aye ha mujy 09-04-2017 ko rawalpindi main test ha..
techandreserch main AD admin/HR main kiya tha but shorlist nhi hua test k lye..

ap na kab apply kiya tha ..main na to last year september main kiya tha phr test december main hua...
main na bi 3 posts main apply kiya tha 2 ka still ststus under consideration ha..
agr to ap na jo abi recent add aya tha jo karachi k lye tha us main kiya to phr i think us ka abi test nhi hua..abi to 2016 walon ka process chal rha i means interviews.... i think phr ap shortlist nhi huay so under consideration ha mera bi 2 main under consideration ha ..jin main mera under consideration ha us post k to phyhcology test aur interview bi hop gya...
