Can any one guide that along with bachelor's degree is it all right to send master's degree too?

Or there can be a problem of over qualification??

There will be NO problem if you mention it or not because the minimum qualification is a Bachelor degree.

All that matters in the end is the Test marks and interview marks combined in order to make it in the Merit list of your province quota.

Secondly people who are getting upset on having no experience have nothing to worry because NO experience was required for this job as full training will be provided by the FBR after selection.

Hello brothers I am preventive officer in custom and I belong from Quetta ,but unfortunately my job is only karachi base,I also cleared iir so if I didn't transfer to Quetta I would try clear the interview of iir I would certainly join it .becouse it would b easy for me to find job at my home town

I am from Mastung. As you have gone through Preventive Officer's interview before, so would like to discuss plans with you for the interview of IIR after pre-selection inshallah.

I would say that PO is a good post as compared of IIR. There you may have some chances of promotion.
