Salam. If we go by the answer of respected Sammer Elahi in regards to who should be hopeful of selection, I only had 5-7 minute duration interview & I stand no chance of selection then , but my performance in interview will bear fruits, Insha Allah. Not losing hope at all. Wishing you everyone a very best of luck.

This time scenario was different. Most of the interviews lasted for average 5 to 8 minutes.

It depends on the penal. Last time it was so. Yaar Kashif CSS/PMS karo. IIR ban k aap ko afoos hoga. You are the most competent candidate on this thread. CSS/PMS k aspirants ko IIR ban k zaror mismatch lagey ga.

Thank you for kind words, Sir. But I'd beg to differ with you on this line IIR ban k aap ko afoos hoga. Q k CSS/PMS kar k bhi log mayoos hi rehtay hain. My elder brother is a PAS officer and I cannot tell you how meager his salary is. But again, if it's about material desires, nobody's happy at any rank in the world. Correct me if I'm wrong. And yes I've got one CSS attempt still left and will appear with proper preparation.
