I agree with Sherry there should be specified criteria not like the one which baloach is saying see shc will have to draw line between qualifiers and non qualifiers based on rational process you can't just like or dislike people and make selection see the report of transparency international most of the corruption is done by police and people of courts. So in our country guardians are corrupt.
Well blaoch Bhai if you idea of next phase like either it will written test of essay or objective confirm that as judges can't check essays in few minutes on the day of interview it wouldn't be justified result.

Test k time ap ko btaya gaya tha k 10 marks ka essay interview k time hoga that's it. Go through term "Why are Interviews conducted at all". Yes interviews are to judge some one's personality traits. Either you are capable of that pressure of certain job or not.. For a example just carefully read some posts of this thread that how some persons have started showing their anxiety. In case if many qualified then yes marks will matter, but after interview you will either be pass or rejected. By the way High Courts are not under Fedral Public Service or any other Federal Ministry. In addition, FPSC even do not bother to tell any one how many marks they secured in their written or on what basis they were rejected from any phase.

Interview is nothing just once look at the candidate to interview candidat's physically and mentally. Either you are able or not. So please keep patience. Will h happen for all........ Time is to know about Final Merit List ... if any have source so he should try to get information about interview and when will be......

O bhai, is dafa interview sy pehly essay ka test hoga ya aptitude test, phir interview conduct hoga, typing test ka merit weight-age sy koi relation nhi hy.

interview after appointment of new cheif justice sindh highcourt conduct hon gay

Moreover, what do seniors think how many out of 108 from karachi will pass interview ?
