This might be the case but fpsc and federal recruitments done via testing services have never followed this 60 days criteria.

FPSC in particular takes no less than a year from the date of advertisement to finalise the recommendations.

الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان نے آئندہ عام انتخابات کو شفاف اور آزادانہ بنانے کے حوالے سے حکم نامہ جاری کیا ہے جس کے تحت تمام وفاقی ، صوبائی اور مقامی حکومتوں کے اداروں میںیکم اپریل 2018 سے بھرتی پر مکمل پابندی عائد کر دی گئی ہے۔ تاہم فیڈرل پبلک سروس کمیشن اور صوبائی پبلک سروس کمیشنز کے تحت جاری بھرتیاں اس پابندی کی زد میں نہیں آئیں گی مزید برآں یہ حکم نامہ بھی جاری کیا گیا ہے ایسے ترقیاتی منصوبے جن کی منظوری یکم اپریل2018ء یا اس کے بعد ہوئی ہے مثلا گیس پائپ لائنز کی تنصیب، سڑکوں کی کارپٹنگ، واٹر سپلائی سکیمز وغیرہ اس قسم کی تمام ترقیاتی سکیموں پر عملدرآمد روک دیا جائے گا اور پہلے سے جاری ترقیاتی منصوبوں کے فنڈز کسی دوسری مد میں منتقل نہیں کئے جائیں گے۔ اس حوالے سے تمام وزارتوں اور متعلقہ محکموں کو آگاہ کر دیا گیا ہے۔

In aforesaid notification not anywhere mentioned interview letters or appointment letters done prior to 1st april, 2018.......

aap k case mien interview letters issue huey hien or na hi appointment letters......

jahan tak criteria ki baat hai to criteria kisi ney bhi follow nahi kiya aaj tak... or na follow ho ga....

phir bhi jesey aap kahein.... hum hazir hien

Notification of the ECP says

a. That all kinds of recruitments in any Ministry, Division, Department or Institution of the Federal Government or any Department or Institution of any Provincial and Local governments is banned forthwith, except recruitments by the Federal or a Provincial Public Service Commission and those where test / interviews have already been conducted by 1st april, 2018.

Faraz sir...u mayb right about notification but departments are not following this as PMD has also banned the recruitment as well as several FBR RTOs...:P

I have consulted a lawyer, but going with petition wont be speedy. Thus this option wont help, Will end up on something by monday. Will update you guys.
