If you are trying to memorize the questions without understanding them, then it is not a good strategy. First read the book, and then try the questions.

As other people are suggesting, grasp the concept first, and them attempt MCQs.

Read the book by M.A Ghani. it is good book, and it has MCQs at the end of every chapter. It is not expensive. Still you can borrow, or buy a Used on.
