Now, Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb will be hearing the case at IHC. Next Hearing is on Monday 17th December, 2018.
.. But Supreme Court's stay order is also there.

We have become party in the case through our lawyer Ghulam Fareed Chaudry. Application for expeditious disposal was submitted last week through our lawyer. Hopefully the case will be disposed off in the next few hearings as the new judge Hon'able Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb is very efficient.
