List of Required documents submission to FPSC CSS 2015 Exams

Salam Dear Members
Here many aspirants are confused about sending documents and how many documents.
So I creat this post with full reqirements by FPSC are mention.

All documents attached with the form must be numbered in continuation with the page number of the application form in following sequence:-

(a) Original Treasury Receipt for Rs.2200/-
(b) Recent 4 Photographs (attested on back side, mentioning name and father’s name).
(c) Attested copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
(d) Attested copy of Matriculation Certificate showing date of birth. Provisional Certificate/Result Card/Marks Sheet is not acceptable.
(e) Attested copy of Intermediate Certificate. Provincial Certificate/Result Card/Marks Sheet is not acceptable.
(f) Attested copy of Degree(s).
(g) Attested copy of self Domicile Certificate
(h) Certificate for Buddhist and Scheduled Caste Candidates. (Annex-A)
(i) Certificate for Provincial/Federal Tribal Areas candidates and those belonging to Gilgit - Baltistan. (Annex-B).
(j) Certificate from Kashmir Affairs Division for Azad Kashmir Nationals. (Annex-C).
(k) Certificate for Minorities .(Annex-D)
(l) Departmental Permission Certificate (Annex-E) (for Government Servants).
(m) In case of Ex-Employees of Armed Forces of Pakistan No Objection Certificate from relevant authority.
(n) In case of Disabled candidates, certificate of disability from the competent authority.

Instead of Attested Copy of Matriculation and Intermediate, I attached my secondary school certificate and the two equivalences for the matric and Inter from IBCC. But in the boxes on the Right I put "Yes" for Matric and Inter due to equivalences. Would this cause any problem?

mujhe bus ye confirm krna tha k me ne BSCS honours kia h mera last semester chl rha h or mujhe final transcript may me mil jae n i want to appear in 2017 exams but meri final transcript pr likha h k course completed n FYP left FYP mera abhi chl rha h lekin ho skta h use 1 saal lg jae to kia meri transcript accept ho jae gi m i eleigible for applying or not ? plzzz guys guide me m very confused

attest from where ??????? u said attested degrees so from where to attest degrees ? or certificates??

Degrees are attested by Higher Education Commission. you can find the required information on their website, i am unable to post the link here though.

Attested degrees means Attested as usual when we applying any where or when we submit documents for admission.
Any gazetted officer of BS 16 and upward.
No attestation from HEC.
But remember Matriculation and Intermediate degrees required not Provisional result Cards.
