This must be the case. However, the source of my confusion is that when I enter my CNIC, next page opens instead of "no record found" but shows no record just date of test....

Same thing happens if you enter any random CNIC. So, it is probably a glitch.

Yes it was mentioned in the advertisement that applicants for post of Executive Secretary only will have an additional skill test
