Really? why too much late? & Why is there ban on Grade IV Seats?

compilation of merit lists will take a month. 51000 candidates appeared.
stay by employees for promotion in grade IV.

Any idea when the list for grade 2-3 admin/TND/Media will be announced?
Its been more than 3 weeks now since the test.

Does anyone know what is the salary of Grade-III in admin/training/media category. Is there a range for the salary of Grade-III. Like is it negotiable during interview? And based on what factors is it negotiable for example experience, qualification etc?

Got 71 in grade IV electrical....

Will they announce separate result that we already know ? OR Complete Merit list of all Candidates? & What's the criteria to calculate merit
