Not True. I got offer letter without any reference (but left that job due to contractual in nature). Sometime they arrange security clearance of candidates from waiting list so that, if a selected candidate could not join, they can issue offer letter to waiting candidte immedeately without wasting time. But usually they do not initiate security clearance of waiting candidates as per rule.

Brother can anyone tell me whether after security clearance in medical test in paec a person having piles is rejected or the refer it to some doctor for treatment?
