My brother recently attested his educational certificates from the Foreign Office, so the procedure goes like this. Remember the process is for the attestation of higher education, I don't know about the attestation of Matriculation and Intermediate certificates.

For Higher Education, means BS and above, first, you need to book an appointment with HEC and attest it from them. You can book the appointment with HEC here: https://eportal.hec.gov.pk/hec-porta...auth/login.jsf . After attestation from HEC, visit the Foreign Affairs Office, you will get a token from there. Wait till your turn. After your turn arrives, submit the documents to them and wait till they give you the documents back.

The fees for attestation of documents from HEC is RS 800 per document and in Foreign Affairs Office it is RS 25 per document, paid in the form of Postal Stamps available at Post Office outside the Foreign Affairs Office.

As I said, I don't know about the process of the attestation of Matriculation and Intermediate Certificates. But my guess is you ought to have attest them from Board Office first as Foreign Affairs Office attest only those documents which are already attested.

I have done SSC and HSSC from Federal Board , i have contacted them they say they only verify photocopies of certificates . As i have attested my higher degreess from HEC , if carry all documents to Foreign Offce Islamabad , they will attest these certificates as i got degrees attested from competent authority.
