i think the cutt off merit couldn't have gone so high you should call them yourself to confirm

To All Electrical candidates :
Well the criteria for the interview call is purely the NTS marks...so you electrical guys should recheck the NTS result to see how many candidates are ahead of you in terms of marks (so just spend a few hours to check the roll number series from all test centers )...because now at the end only 10-15 top candidates are being called for each discipline based on NTS marks (the number of candidates may vary because of number of available positions)....

the above link is still working...and there should be atleast one engineering candidate from each center on this forum from whom you can get the roll number series of that test center...

Just ask Syed Muzaffar Hussain about it, ask why the finance candidates with NTS marks in 60's have been interviewed and why you didn't receive any email ...you can call him at 92-21-111-568-568 Extension 4612....keep one thing in mind that interview process going on these days is for open merit scheme with no quota involved.....

70.. mechanical engineering.. 14 people of different disciplines were called that day only 8 appeared.

I called PPL today on the number given above and they say that they have called Electronics candidates. When I asked about the merit cutoff. They replied that it would have been above my marks that is 87.

@all..............any1 knows the cut-off of electrical ???

am an electrical engineer i gave this on job special training test. July 2012
the criteria was that candidates scoring 60 marks will eligible . only three candidates form uet peshawar cleared the test including me . but no one of us received the call. not because we didn't have merit just because reference was in action. guys with marks 52 and 53 were called for interview though it was clearly mentioned that we will take only candidates scoring 60 + marks choice is yours now ppl don't waste your time now
