were you able to qualify the interview??any suggestion you give for test /interview prepration of stategic organisation ???

test will be of 40 marks for Junior Executive, and for AM's.
For JE 10 marks for English, 10GK and 10 computer.
For AM 28marks for subject specific, 2 for GK and 10 marks for IQ based questions.

Ya these posts are most probably for MTC.

Obviously everything is a guess but if it is MTC then this is the much expected pattern as I have already through this whole process. Call letters will be issued after a month and it will take at least one month between every step involved in recruitment.

Ok really great help by your post let's wait for call letters and see what happens.may or may not it be MTC can you give any suggestion in general for prepration of test/interview in strategic organisation?
you said you had been in whole process so what was the result?

Result has been much fruitful..
As far as general guidance is concerned you should concentrate a lot on your academic knowledge (like management accounting for fin cadre etc) if you get shortlisted for AM post but if you are being called for Junior Executive then MS office and General knowledge.
Normally in all such organizations the test in general and interview in particular involve in depth knowledge of the academics

Great to listen that means we should keep on revising our course outlines any books you can suggest.
I gave test for A.M in NDC pure theoratical knowlege was there and one questions about Capital budgeting was from Management Accounting by colin drury as term used was just there and i could not see it in any other book so any books etc or topics you suggest??as you had got the fruitfull result so you can guide better

If you are from Finance then concentrate on Cost and Management Accounting Concepts as they are checked in details..
