means cost and mangemnt is more important to revise then finacial accounting,ecnomics for NESCOM and those which come under it's umberalla? how much knowledge of economics and Mangement subjects is needed in your opinion?and what you mean to say by I.Q it is mathmatical and analytical?

Try as much as you can absorb, Economics isn't tested in most of the cases but management accounting is tested in detail especially the areas of Cost Classification, Budgeting, variance analysis etc. And minor portion from Financial accounting like Ratio Analysis and basic rules of debt/credit but this is in rare cases.

I think we should go for test preparation rather than thinking about organization,but the thing matter that when we know about organization,then we know the test pattern that make us easy to prepare the test.so please share only the exact and confirmed organization name rather than making guess.

Suparco is out of question dear. Firstly they don't prefer fresh candidates in normal cases and secondly Suparco is already near to saturation so not in need of such long list of vacancies.
Concentrate on preparation, they won't ask you about organisation at any stage.

Dear I can't suggest any particular book for Finance aspirants as I myself have HR as specialization. You can have basic understanding of Finance from B.Com books and then study ACCA's Cost accounting and finance management book used at masters level.
