You can apply but the posting city will be either lahore or karachi and you have to appear for test either in lahore or karachi.

I'm also from Islamabad and I applied.

Their offices are in lahore and karachi too.It is great opportunity if you selected then after joining and spending some time there you can try and change your posting to islamabad

if u mailed ur aplication through UMS then it will received the next within the working office hours
