Did they call experienced candidates too or only fresh graduates? (for test)

I found some experienced people there but don't know they mentioned their experienced on application form or not.

I mentioned my experience on AM(IT) form. I think this was the reason I was not called for IT. Otherwise everything was okay.

last i qualified for the AM non technical and went for interview in blue area on 19th april 2012.. we were 15 candidates for the AM logistics.. i took the cell numbers of 12 people..and we all were not selected... after 2 months my friend who works in nescom told me that all the vacancies are filled...i was shocked who else is got selected.... now i also applied for AM hr... lets see what happens this time... although reference does not count in these organizations but u can expect any thing here.... result will be intimated through call letters with in 4 weeks...and in the next 3 weeks interviews will also be conducted in kashmir plaza blue aera islamabad...interview is taken by the 2 members.. in my case there were 2... and they just took informal interview of 5 minutes.. asking nothing technical...same as the other candidates.....i am just saying this to give u information about my past experience.... ALLAH kryy is dfa ucha ho..hope for the best guys.

dear as I always say, please try to be in top 3 test qualifiers if you want to get selected. Otherwise forget about these type of organizations. They take 2-3 and instead of taking waiting list candidates, they prefer to go for new hiring as their pay structure has been excellent and even a CSP does not get as much pay as is given by these organizations.
Hoping for the best, I think you should have applied for AM(admn) whose test was very easy with small number of candidates while HR test was tough and the number of aspirants was more.

Anyways best of luck..

I was in excellent preparation for the test but unfortunately I Could Not take the test for AM Finance. Some one please mention the questions that were subject related.

Subject Part is very easy but I found Intelligence part a bit difficult.
Where did you appear for the Test ?

I appeared in Lahore and there were around 120 candidates who appeared in the test for AM Electronics. Competition level is very high so do pray for all of us and lets hope that the best candidate will win.
