People have different experiences of different tests in different organizations... thats y they are sharing their experience... or might be sharing their perception....
You should not perceive anything and get yourself prepared for all aspects..

I appeared in test/interview for the posts of Accouts Officer (SPS-8) at PAEC about 2-1/2 yrs ago ... and there was a Question of only 30 marks from Accounting (Total Marks 100) and that was B. Com level Question.... 70% was related to other topics i.e English, Logic, Islamic Knowldge, Pakistan Knowldge, Computer Knowldge

You should cover all areas

I also appeard an other test of a Public sector Organization (not PAEC)... and the test was totally different.. 100 % from Advance Financial Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting & Financial Management...

mostly abbreviations
DVD, CPU, RAM, CD-ROM, VGA stands for ??

PART VII 30 MARKS
Accounting
Trial balance was given and we have to make calculations and give objective type ans i.e Net Profit, Debtors Balance, CGS etc

that was the pattern of test for the post of Accounts Officer 2 years ago ..i cant predict the format for the upcoming test..

That's a good score but your overall career will be considered, right from your matric till masters. But in initial scrutiny most of the persons get shortlisted and the rest depends upon your test performance.

I have applied for Accounts Officer SPS-8
I went to TCS but the agent told be that they dont deliver at PO BOX mails, then i had to send it by Pakistan Post. Not sure whether it will be delivered by the deadline i.e 11 Feb. I also forgot to write the position i applied for on the envelope.

If you had jotted down correct details on the form , it won't affetct if you had missed envelop tag.
