paec dont mention return date..just to return on early date....did they give you any office memorandum mentioning your expected place of posting?

No issue at my times i submitted a month later after receiving ... so dn't worry

Do PAEC have any operations in Quetta. Some resource of mine told me that PAEC has operations in Quetta as well such as CENAR Hospital. SO can I join in Quetta or I have to join at the designated Projects which we were told at the time of orientation in Islamabad.

yes PAEC has project in quetta,but they will send you in this project which you have applied,it's depends on them not you

No, Nothing such was mentioned like expected place of posting. Do they normally mention on the security clearance covering letter????

no they don't mention,only they mention p.o box,tell me p.o box then i can help about project where they can post you

For me, instructions were to return the forms directly to the Head Personnel administration (Officers), Islamabad. The Letter was From PO BOX No. 1114, Islamabad..
