As most of us weren't from Islamabad so couldn't reply on time. All the queries have been answered quite well by our fellows here.

The group discussion started at 100 A.M. As there were around 24 students so two groups, each of 12 candidates, were made. Then both groups were taken to different seminar room means 12 in one room and 12 in other. Then on white board a topic was written to speak on. The topic assigned to our group was "Primary Education in Pakistan and how Pakistan can achieve MDG on Primary education". One member started speaking and rest followed them giving their own opinions about the topic. This time alloted for this discussion was 30 minutes. 3 staff members were also sitting there to guage our performance.

Then in second part, group of four persons were made and a case study was given in which we have to present the overall scenario of case and had to answer 3 questions at the end of case study. It was a very simple case study of just 10 lines. Basically it tells us what we have to do in YPA if we are selected. 2 minutes were given to present this case study to one of the staff member who was sitting besides us. At the end 15 minutes were given to write a report on what had happened so far. i.e. about 1st and 2nd session.

At the end interview session starts. The panel was divided into 2 groups. One panel consisted of 3 members including Head of this YPA project, MR. Tonny (a foreigner), two pakistani (male and female member). Another panel also consisted of three members but all were pakistanis and were speaking urdu. Mr. Tony was asking questions related to Parliamnet. What is parliament and what are its functions. Whats the coordination between provincial and federal legislative authority. How many seats were in senate of each province. Then some questions related to my field i.e. finance and then why you want to join this YPA program???? means what special skills made you suitable to this YPA programme.

Friends remember one thing. Those who will give interview to that panel in which a foreigner is also included prepare well all about parliament its every detail beacuse only he was focusing much on this topic.

J Hussain.......... I don't know when the result is expected but i do know that they have to start this program on 22nd of this month so final result will be displayed very quickly may be within 1 week............

This is the list of candidates who failed to qualify for interview...........at first i thought it may be the list of successful candidates after interview........

If your test centre is Islamabad then roll number is like 300350 or 300400 etc....
