lists for final candidates are almost final but it may take some time to issue call letters due to some administrative problems which i cannot share here.... mechanical engineering posts are more than my expectations....

sorry dear exact seats ka to ni pata ....but ye pata ha ke seats kam hain as compare to AM mechanical

I am selected for PIEAS MS Fellowship as well, so cant decide whether to wait for PMO or join PIEAS

I think you should immediately join PIEAS for MS. If you received forms then it'll take approximately 1 year or more to complete security clearance and issuing joining letter. So take both opportunities. I am also waiting for my letter from Nescom MTC as it takes more than 1.5 year. Best of luck.

yes I have decided to join PIEAS,.
Can we leave PIEAS after the zero semester? do you have any idea about this?

that will be a great favour, as there are many people who are waiting for their security letters from PMO and they are also selected for PIEAS. so, it is difficult for them to take decision.

Ma'am you can leave PIEAS during Zero Semester without any restriction but After that you can't leave PIEAS.
For Leaving PIEAS after zero semester you will have to pay back the stipend you received and the expenses occurred on you by PAEC.
So takes Decision Wisely.
My advice for you is to join PIEAS, If you received security forms before 1st semester and that is January you can leave then. If you don't then continue your studies in PIEAS.
Congrats on your selection in PIEAS.
