jis situation ma ap ho...same isi ma sy mary kafi colleagues guzry hain...their stance is that agr ap PIEAS join krty ho(for regular MS or PHD) to ap ki degree pr PIEAS ki stamp lag jy gi....then ap PIEAS ki marzi ke baghair kahi move nhi kr skty for atleast five years...agr ap ko kahi or achi opportunity mil jati hai like europe etc then ap ko bht problem ho gi.....or is degree ki value bhi nhi ho gi...but in case of PMO ap ko kam difficulty ho gi....Mary kafi freinds PMO ki tarf se MS krny ke liye china gy hovy hain....pay bhi milti rhti hai or study bhi chalti rehti hai or promotion bhi.....more over ap job quit kr ke ja sakty hain for better opportunity...

but i have heard that all spd organizations send letter to more candidates then there are vacancies for example if there are 15 seats they will send forms to 20 candidates and if someone from selected candidates does not join, they may call someone from the waiting list, but candidates dont know whether they are selected or in waiting list. is it also true in case of PMO?

one of my friend got letter on which it is mention that he qualify for the post of AM and one friend got letter which has been placed on waiting list.
i think that candidates of waiting list does not know that whether they are selected or not but selected ones know that they are selected as the letter they received has mentioned that they qualify.

If you received the letter of selected candidate for the post then you should wait for that.
and if u have been placed in waiting list then don't loose PIEAS opportunity.

And Shahid bro it is not true that the MS of PIEAS doesn't have value. Our most of the seniors are now pursuing their higher degrees from renowned institutes of South Korea, China ,Japan ,Europe etc

There is chances of disqualify for PMO at this stage????means after security and medical clearances????

Brother offcourse PIEAS has value but if you want to quit after MS then you will face bundle of problems....like you have to fill the bond

but in case of PMO ,,you are directly hunting the job.After this job if luckily you get one more best opportunity then go for it by simply resigning.....

i personally think PMO is best because many friends had join PMO in past as compare to PIEAS(they hunt both)....they are much satisfied now a days...some of them have left PMO and enjoying other opportunities....i explained it in the light of my experince of PMO.....You may differ as per your expeince

Bhai jan risk to hai but bht kam.....for example if your security is not cleared by concerned department (So make good relations with your neighbours) because some deparments also asked from your neighbourhood about you

after this your madical test will be taken by Nescome hospital so you should fit medically...as soon as your medical is cleared,your pay will be started
