Shahid Bhai humai aghr 15 tek form na mila to kya further wait karna ho ga ..
Kal mujy aik friend nai kaha k pir 2 month bad form issue hon gae ...

yes forms will issued in two phases ....but dont worry dear because in my case i received forms after six months ...

ap teeno ke forms abhi issue ni hovy....but ap umeed rakhain for the third phase of issuance of forms...it may happen after 17 december....
