SP-07 Junior Executive equals to which BPS? Does anyone has Idea?

These are two different scales, so cannot be compared. SPS-07 is better than BPS-17 generally in perks and pay.

Can anybody knows, General knowledge/ current affairs portion is encluded in PAEC tests?

SPS-7 is equivalent to BPS-16 however better in terms of salary as it is special pay scale.

even though the salary and the benefits are better in sps-7 as compared with the bps 17, it is still a staff cadre. whereas, bps-17 is an officer cadre.

any idea about the test date??? .. when will they send the letters for test. and what about the number of posts?

It was objective test of 100 marks.
Total time allowed 3 hours

In the test all 24 subject studied in MBA was covered..
Admin post,
5o% question were from management,marketing. OM, Strategic management, HRM, etc..
40% questions were from Financial management, accounting,Maths, corporate finance, economics, cost accounting etc..
10% Questions were from English Synonyms + Analytical Reasoning + G. Knowledge

sorry.. replace OM with OB

Test went good.. but they went deep in the management theories and finance questions were not expected in Admin's test.
it covered english synonyms, comprehension, mathematics, management, marketing, strategic management, economics, finance, and a lil bit of accounting.

Dear friends, i appeared in the test of Accounts Oficcer (SPS-8) in Siddique Public School Rawalpindi. The Analytical question of 5 marks which was included in the paper is as under:-
The office staff of the XYZ Corporation presently consists of three bookkeepers (L, M and N) and five secretaries (O, P, Q, R and S). Management is planning to open a new office in another city sending three secretaries and two bookkeepers from the present staff. To do so they plan to separate certain individuals who do not function well together. The following guidelines were established to set up the new office: (a) Bookkeepers L and N are constantly finding faults with one another therefore should not be sent together to the new office. (b) N and P function well alone but not as a team. They should be separated. (c) O and R have not been on speaking terms for many months. They should not go together. (d) Since O and Q have been competing for a promotion, they should not be in one team. Based on the information given above find the correct answers to the following Questions:

1. If M insists on staying back then how many combinations are possible?

There was slight change made by the PAEC in this question that the word bookkeepers was chnaged with 'Financial Managers' (E,F,G) and the word Secretaries was changed with the 'Financial Representatives' (J,K,O,P,Q).

can any body tell the test date for junior scientists ?

aoa members...i just want to ask that are you discussing for those posts which had 21st November 13 as their last date for applying???because i did apply but havent got any response yet.
