same here.......MS(MBA) banking and finance.....n irrelevant qualification....what are management sciences as per nts...????cooking?or sewing? .....i am having bad lucks everywhere!....

its neither a permanent job nor on contact basis, its a associateship program of 15 months and after 15 months the associates will be released, just like internship in which you are released once your prescribed tenure is completed.

I think there was a fee...but as we know the project is funded by European Union....so they might have paid to NTS....
