There wont be any further test as per my understanding.

the 2nd test of SBP(BSC) YPIP was of 50 marks with one essay to write and one case study.i think if 2nd test happens,its gonna be of same pattern.but problem is NTS has proficiency of conducting MCQ type test because they just have to put answer sheets in machine and computer calculates the marks.but in subjective test,HUMAN will check the answers and with huge amount of tests to check at hand,there will be many who will be checking the tests(if it so happens). now the game gets fishy,some checkers will give marks on their own liking and others on their own,this will cause doubts.i'd say there should be a MCQ test now with field related mcqs and english mcqs only.this way they can judge english grip of a candidate and also about the mental health for post applied.just my thought!

Thats why there will be no test bro in my opinion. As last time induction in EOBI was with out test. Therefore they changed the HR rationalization policy in BOT 107 ; discussed in detail selection process and then ratifying and increasing clause of section wise in 108 meeting.
Secondly judging candidates of different fields in single test after initial test is nonsense. It recquires alot of specialized test of each ones education background which should be best criteria. If any test is conducted by NTS just on essay and English skills then how can EOBI select one on that basis.
In my opinion ; no test further .

The test conducted by NTS on 17th and 18th May 2014 was the 2nd level test according to BOT minutes.................. There will be no 2nd test for sure.............. Merit will be determined according to NTS test results.......... so people highest in merit list will be offered jobs subject to verification of their degrees................. that's all..............
