Prepare well and nothing can stop you.

I second Zia bugvi. One must not think about parchi system or Nepotism upfront. Take this test as a challenge to your skills, abilities & knowledge. Just for a second, forget about the job. Focus on your preparations & see how good you are at this level. Selection & rejection is not in our hands, but determination, passion & self believe is.....

what you all think will there be subject related questions as well? like test for Operations cadre and finance audit cadre will be differrent based on the subject?

In order to qualify the Test Candidate has to obtain minimum 60 % Aggregate marks and 50% marks in each section Post Wise Paper Distribution

Assistant Director (Operation Cadre)

30 % English communication Skills
30 % Basic Maths
20 % Basic Computer Skills
20 % IQ+General Knowledge (
Business related
