interviews dont have any marks with them.so it seems kind of stupid if EOBI selects ADS on this simple test..I mean come on! there are chances of either a 2nd test or if interview happens directly,they would have some marks with them ...I rest my case!

If second test is not conducted by NTS and as interview committee has no marks its because of two things.

1. Higher court clearly has written : responsibility of new hiring is totally on chairman. So they might decided ti go with merit in written so to avoid any further litigation by any one.
2. Acute shortage of staff is hindering normal working of EOBI.
They are in hurry too. But generally its not practice of hiring with merely on written test.
Let's have faith and check NTS site what is instructed.

Smile 2nd Level Test
I read minutes again and again to build my understanding and I concluded that there is second level test to be conducted by NTS which will determine merit list.

For clarity it is to state that
Second level of test statement means level of difficulty less than first level of difficulty. As all of you have seen that test was easy than usual tests in ppsc or nts. No further test is going to be conducted.
So please don't take tension and stress.

i do not understand what is happening here every one is saying on his own assumption no one has authentic information as i feel .please let the nts upload last result

I think we should wait for official policy and result.
Its useless to argue when Interpretation is dubious.
