NTS/EOBI has to answer the following questions;
1) What is the weightage of the 1st test conducted by them in the recruitment process?
2) If there is no weightage of the 1st test and the test was only conducted for shortlisting of candidates, then I think that this is injustice.

They could have done the shortlisting and call the top candidates by conducting only single test. They devised an easy test so that maximum candiates pass the test so that the NTS can get maximum revenue. NTS must already have the knowledge that EOBI will conduct a 2nd test.

and also, they should immediately upload the sample paper or paper distribution. The second test should be different from the 1st one otherwise, I am suspicious about their motive for conducting 2nd test. Another aggrieving factor is that we have to deposit the fee once again. So effectively, the process is started from the scratch.

NTS can't do it alone..decision is with collaboration of EOBI... I think nts has become money making institution and eobi is helping them in it... COURT had already decision against nts in HEC case...its insanity to charge heft amount from unemployed people.
