so it means i guess that there are some candidates in your list may/does not belong to Punjab and some candidates like me of punjab are missing in your list.... can you send me the list of all candidates you prepared.*****

As per BOT meeting...No academics marks in merit.. merit will be based purely on 2nd level test...

doon,t quote of MOD. They pertinent delay was due to the immense test of psychometric . I personally given the test and was lengthy enough as 30 pages all decriptive giving a tough job for psychologists.

My one contact who is already working in EOBI as Deputy Director ensured me with full confidence that recruitment will be purely on merit.. plz read his word, " Dear Noman, i have sent my transfer application to HR department one month before.. and yesterday i called HR department for updating my transfer request.. The HR department replied now a days we are bsy in new recruitment process.. After getting free from recruitment process we will proceed for ur transfer.."

Dear fellows: there is no lie in above statement... in the light of above conversation we should hope for the best...

No Doubt the Recuritment Process is based on Merit. I can personally assure you that. but people have their reservations on EOBI decisions,and we should respect there opinions... "the True Beauty of Democracy"

Transfer Application means that Noman Friend who is deputy Director in EOBI Applied for transfer from one EOBI regional office to another regional Office but his transfer application was halted. Since, EOBI HR is busy in Recuritment Process.

I mean The Deputy Director had requested for his transfer,, EOBI is delaying his transfer due to their work in recruitment process..
