brother i have read this Office Memorandum. although they have stated that ban has been lifted but following statement was also included in that Office Memorandum as given below:

"Separate Guidelines will be issued in this regard by the Cabinet Secretariat/Establishment Division."

i want to know meaning of above quoted lines. will those guidelines will delay expectations of more people to be called for interview? please respond. thanks.

As far as my knowledge is concerned which i came through different resources,there are very less chances of increase in number of posts......But hope for the best
