Asif bhai, I think it's fair & logical. How come they set same cut off / passing crateria for all the depts when we know that there are few dept; in which people couldn't even manage to take 60% marks...!!!! So i think it's fairly reasonable to have separate merit for each dept; Now coming towards your point about curroption, so dear corruption to koi b, kahein b or kisi b tarah ker sakta hai. One of my friend told me that a Management person of SNGPL had asked him that "Tum sirf NTS pass karo, baki tumhy job dilwana maira kam hai".
I am only happy that process is not being halted or cancelled. We can sue them at any time, if they hire people on bribery / corruption. All important thing is the completion of Hiring Process............... this must not be cancelled this time around............ Ab aise bhe andhair nagri nahe k 100% hirings he illegal hon.... Akhir SNGPL ko kaam karnay walay loog b chahey yar............. So be positive and have faith on ALLAH............. ksi ko b us ke kismat say zyada ya kum nahe milta jo RUB UL IZZAT nay naseeb main likha hai woh ho k or mil k rahay ga...............

asif bhai i think iss mein koi masla nahi hy...wesy bhi different departments k lye aik cut off marks standards mushkil hy iss dafa..kiunk kuch categories mein 60 marks boht kaam candidates k hein...aur kuch categories mein boht sary candidates fall karty hein jau above 60 hein... aur forum k zarye hmein malum ho hi jaye ga k kitnyu marks walu ko call letters issue kye gye hein category wise...

hmm may be ap theek keh rahy ho hum corruption ko deny nahi kar sakty apni society mein.....interviews k bary mein koi authentic news???

brother last time ye hua tha 2011 ma ma, jis k 60 marks the un sub ko interviews call ayi thi,, or unho ne clear mention bh kia tha k 60 passing criteria ha,,,,
but es bar wo mention ni kar rhe k different posts k liy criteria ha kia hu ga,,,,,,
