I've tried to extract some info from my friend (SNGPL OG3), but he's blank too. Even he could not confirm about cut off merit, issuance of call letters & commencement of interviews. But one thing he assured that hiring will be completed on merit IN SHA ALLAH......

I am from Lahore. Thanks to almighty, I got a top score in SNGPL NTS Recruitment test (Audit) 2 times i.e. in 2013 & again in 2014.

Congrats. Mr. Sohail on this achievement .............. On the behalf of forum members, i would like to request you to please visit SNGPL to have a clear picture & current status of this hiring process............... We will be obliged to you for this..............

we can file an online complaint against sngpl for using delaying tactics in hiring process but don't you think by doing this we will expose ourselves for the hiring process....i mean direct confrontation with sngpl higher authorities...it can affect our result during interviews due to their personal grudge

in my personal opinion,we should wait until some final decision is taken by sngpl...then we will be in strong and better position to file complaints in wafaqi mohtasib

one important point is that wafaqi mohtasib also deals with the complaints filed against sngpl...it is listed in it's scroll bar.

There is no harm in registering complain, I once filed a complain against my university on issue of registering me in M.PHil program. They delayed the process so late and make lame excuses and after the complain I got admission in a week. So we register complain on institution not individual. And further, at least 40/50 people from all over pakistan will submit a case in written (we can make combined strategy). So it is useless to pin point one individual.

Second I think we should at least wait for 10 more days and on 22nd of 23rd September 2014. If we all submit written complain in duration of 3/4 days. It will put an alarm on authorities of SNGPL. Plus, Some of us should file case against NTS too. so that they don't put matter on each other.

I second you. This country is name of crises and there is always some thing trouble going on socio-political scenario of the country. But flood issue is serious. That is why I suggest we should file complains after 10 days. 10 complains from each province can make a difference. Writing letter and forwarding the copy to SNGPL is also important in this regard. Wait for 10 days (or you suggest) and then we important member of this group form a group (yahoo, facebook), exchange numbers and put forward a combined strategy.

This job is our right and we have to take it. Chahe is k liye hum ko SNGPL k samnay Dharna hi kyun na dena paray ..

This actually sounds like a good idea. Please everyone update their cssforum profiles with their e-mail IDs and more people collaborate the better. If we don't get the job we'll not let those crooks hire those below merit. Don't wait for 10 days, start now. If asifbucha is right then will waiting turn things in our favor? Probably not.
On a side note, no offense dear Mr bucha sb. but if its a rumor you're spreading then you know what they call such people in Islam.

PS also post the procedure for filing of complaint so everyone my benefit.

Procedure of filing the complain is pretty easy we can upload once strategy is made. Reason behind delay is that right now SNGPL and nts can easily put the blame on floods. Ok Let make it 7 days. Not more than that. Please upload your email address on your profile. I took the responsibility to email each of us or make a group on Facebook.

We have many option with us group of 5-10 people met with some influential journalist like javed chaudry or other will also beneficial in this regard. Plus we can write letter to Imran khan or Qadri (Just ti high light our case). Government is in back foot now a days. They have to respond our queries. I can take responsibility of writing letter to journalists, with your consent. Demonstration in front of press club is also important. So we have many ways, we don't let go these authorities if they try to malign our results.

@ Mr asifbucha, can you confirm what will be the selection criteria and how individual scores will contribute towards merit. Also is there any requirement of a minimum cgpa ie 70% or 3 GPA etc?
It is true that currently union has obtained a stay order against this hiring like last year. Hopefully they will fail this time like last year but it will delay the hiring no doubt. I asked this from my senior but I encourage you to verify independently.

brother ye tu 100% confirm ha k Union ne stay liya hua ha hiring k against,,or ye stay tub liya tha jub hamara exam hua tha,,means stay liye hue 2 month hu gay han,,, Union kehti ha "we don't want external hiring",,,,
baki selection criteria ka ma kuch ni keh sakta q k H.R wale khb apni ek baat pa kiam ni rehte,,
70% or 3 CGPA ka bh koi issue ni ha,,its not compulsory requirement,,
