I congratulate all Senior Auditors on their selection by FPSC which, I hope, is based on pure merit. My own selection in FBR through FPSC is based on pure merit. Organizations like FPSC should be encouraged because they are free of corruption and unfairness. And those who were not destined to serve as Senior Auditors, I recommend them to think about operating and owning your own business. Private business, in my personal view, is far better than any kind of employment in the world. Lastly and most importantly, thank Allah and do not forget His Holy Prophet (endless peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) too. Make Namaz your habit and offer Durood Sharif, be nice to your parents and do good to your country. Stay happy.

By the grace of almighty Allah, got appointed for the said post in PMAD.

Congratulations to all the successful candidates and good luck to all the rest because Allah must have a better plan for you all.

As for next procedure is concerned ; you have been recommended for appointment against the post. However, this does not mean you have been "Appointed" yet but surely appointed as well Don't worry.. This is bit technical but you have got to understand it. FPSC conducts examination and recommends to the concerned department for appointment. This makes FPSC as the "Recommending" authority & not "appointing" authority. Appointing authority is usually the parent department which in your case should be PMAD. In ordinary circumstances, you should receive a letter from PMAD making you an "Offer" of the job against this post. You should "accept" the offer by replying to them in writing. This is then followed by what is usually called "Appointment Letter", asking you to join on any given date. It will takes normally 20-25 days.

Those who couldn't qualify this process: with Allah and Holy Prophet's (endless peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) grace, I have a message for you. Look for other opportunities but you will think that "yeh tu har koi bolta hai", I advise you that while you look for government jobs and stuff, at the same time think about operating and adopting a business for yourself in which you are your own boss. Think of clever ways to start a business. If you have initial capital problem, go for service related business or start as a small-time person initially. You have to be witty and competitive, hard-working and devoted to whatever you are going to start as business, and leave the rest to the King of the kings, Allah.

Those who have nothingc, how can they start their business , in pk really hard to live and survive

I am rejected, dont know where I have made mistake, was full of confidence because of superb interview.

But I trust Allah and I am happy and thankful to Allah Almighty. He must have better plans for me.

I guess this job was the reason I was attached and keep coming to this form since 2-3 years.

May I not come back but I really appreciate effort from seniors here who guide new comers.
