I have asked about the promotion from PMAD.. they told me after 3 years of joining as senior auditor you will have to take promotional exam for A.A.O... which comprises 12 or 11 papers of diffrent subjects.. and if passed the exam then the departmental promotional commitee may consider you for promotion and thats also after availability of seats of A.A.O

Yeh jo recruitment process lengthy aur late ho raha ha ic mn hm logo ke b galti ha,
Jin logo k pas required qualifiation ya experience nae hota wo log b apply kar dety han, phr fpsc waly test to sb sy lety han aur phr documents mang kar chek karty han, jo log requried qualification ya experience na rakhty hon unhy side py karty han aur phr dosry logo sy documents mangty han , ic tarha yeh proces lengthy ho jata ha.
Ic delay ke 1 aur waja yeh b ha k posts ke tadad b zayada ha, required qualification b simple aur common ha ic lye nmbr of applicants b zayada ha,
Anyway sb wait kary aur mehnat kary , interview ke tayari kary aur sath aur jaga py b try karty rahy,

Senior auditor having 1 year service can appear in promotion exam, but for promotion he must have 3 year service as senior auditor,
There are many vacant posts of AAO (BPS 17) in PMAD.

IF they were so genius, don't you think, they would not have applied for S.Auditor, and would have got a job before applying for senior auditor's job????

Wink After 17, the retirement is in grade 18. No future at all.

Yes exactly. you are right. But after 17, there is no incentives. One hardly becomes Accounts officer ie Grade 18. and then he retires.
Besides, I know the qualifiers of 2009, whose DPC allowed them to be AAOs in 2016. So, selected guys may face some unexpected shocks in PAAS.

Unfortunately, i am working in the same department, since last four years. Come to my office someday, i will show you the supporting documents in this regard. this is not my info, go the the website of AGPR, and see how many ppl have been allowed DPCs
