someone please elaborate....
its written in eligibility criteria that "jobs from Sr#2-15 are on contractual basis and likely to filled on contract basis but extendable with mutual consent"
what does it mean???
those who get these jobs, their contracts will be terminated after some period of time or anything else......?????????

Will any one please tell me whether Oracle Certification (OCP) is a necessity for applying for the post of Scientific Officer (IT) (Database Developer) SPS-8?
Advertisement from NTS is not as clear...

Nope i confirmed from NTS by calling them. MBA Hr or Mba Management only

Advertisement from NTS is not as clear...
It is clearly mentioned in advertisement that

Candidate should have 16 years of education in computer science or information technology
AND
OCP Certified.

Means both conditions are necessary.
