03 members Panel was there consisting of 02 FPSC Members (including 01 Lady Member) and 01 departmental representative from National Savings:

Interview started by the Lady member with my previous Private Job i..e., why i left that job and why I chosen the Govt. Job over Private.

Then next member started asking Questions relating to my Qualification, mentioned below:

-Preferred Stock?
-Common Stock?
-Difference between Preferred Stock and Common Stock?
-What are Retained Earnings?
-What are dividends?
-What is the difference between R.E and Dividends?
-What is Accrual Basis of Accounting?
-What is Cash Basis of Accounting?
-Which one is better and why?
-What is Single Entry?
-What is Double Entry?
-Which one is better and why?
-What are Bank Provisions?
-What is Depreciation?
-What is Deferred Depreciation?
-What is Deferred Taxation?
-Impact of Deferred Taxation over Firm's Balance Sheet and Profit?
-What is Disposable Income?
-What are Domestic Savings?
-What are Corporate Savings?
-In which form Organizations keep their Savings?
-What are National Savings?

Then the Departmental Representative asked the following Questions:-

-Have you ever visited any National Saving Center?
-What improvements are needed for National Savings?--Specifically related to Security Measures needed at NSCs?
-Difference between Debt Financing and Equity Financing?
-What is meant by I.P.O?
-State Bank of Pakistan was established on?
-SBP was inaugurated by whom?
-What is Branchless Banking?



Finally the Interview ended with the remarks by the Department Representative:
" Thank you gentleman, nice meeting you"


I am quite hopeful--rest ALLAH Almighty knows the better!!

oh a hell lot of questions . i was asked only 3 questions related to academics and job rest was casual discussion.

Yeah.,
There were lot of questions, i think i mentioned only 80-90% which i could remember.
