This time batch size is large so it is expected we will first report in regional office

not sure about it but EOBI is an Autonomous body as far as I know

my classfellow is working in EOBI as assistant director BS 17. his starting sallary was round about 45000 including all benefits.

candidates will be posted in regional offices of their preferred cities. call representative told me that females will be posted in their hometown.

salary of NSO will not be less than 40000.

yes round about 40000 but it is not clear whether they will post us at Regional office or at branch

Today , I met Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Baloch sb, AD Admin, CDNS, Islamabad.
Today letters will be dispatched. Letters of appointment contain information about Regional Directorate where you will give your joining. Before joining, medical certifications will be done by you at the concerned civil hospital whose address will be given in the letter. The Most probable joining date is January 11, 2016. Training will be conducted at Regional Directorate, Central Directorate and Training Institute. All the batch will be called to Islamabad also. As for salary is concerned it will be between 35-40 K rupees and if you take hiring then add 20,000 rupees more to the salary. Letter will mentions it is probationary and temporary job but that is just formality and it is a permanent job. The total vacancies of NSO are 400 and vacancies of Assistant Directors are 144. It means there is 33% chance of promotion which is huge one. With this, many people are retiring at AD post with fast pace and organisational restructuring is also taking place so more brighter chances of promotion on time. Most of candidates are given regional directorates on their first choices. Later on after training, the regional directorate will post NSO at the concerned nearby National Saving Centres.
