As per my meeting with Abdul Ghafoor Sb, the words mentioned like temporary, probational conditional etc are just formalities as per the 1973 Act requirement.s You have to just ignore these works and the job is PERMANENT.

As for the salary is concerned, he made a call to the Budget Wing of the finance ministry but they didn't attend the call. A friend of mine in AGPR informed me about the salary of 17-Grade with numerous allowances including, convenience, housing, medical and two other allownces, which will make accumulate salary of approximately Rs. 40,000+-. If you go for hiring (means residence in major cities with 1 year advance rent- then 5-6 thousand per month will be deducted from salary but a total of 12 month rent of around Rs. 240,000 will be given in lump sum.

Well hiffa it seems like k bwp main delivery late he hoti hai or us sy b slow mery area ka tcs wala hai jo muj har cheez he sub sy slow ponchata hai, baqi sary log mithaian b bant dety hain or main abi wait he kr raha hota hn letter ka.
