nts has announced literacy supervisor result i have got 54 marks i want to ask kya mujhay interview kay liye call ayay gi and second question is how merit is determined in literacy and non formal education department kia 50 or 50 say above marks walay ko interview kay liye call ayay gi

brother i got 66 mrks. same problem with me.

how you are assessing chances ? as 54 is low score

They call 9 candidates for 1 post and total advertise seats 134 total district 36 so almost 4 seats for 1 district so you have high chances.

i don't think so such is the case , if this is the case then any one who have 50 marks will have chance of being called for interview

Yes, it is last time candidate who has 54 marks for computer operator call for interview in same department I know this because he tell me his numbers..

ok, according to people literacy department will take interview , which is not a positive news as district authorities can be manipulated through nepotism

jab kisi ko interview letter milay to woh mujhay mairay cell number 0334******* par sms kar day aur form par bhi bata day

did any one receive call or letter from literacy department regarding interview ? if you do kindly inform others about that in this thread

It is confirmed that literacy department will conduct interview in collaboration with PMU, but so far no calls or letters are distributed to candidates who are waiting for interview. May be in next week process will start . Do any one here know that what will be the job duties of literacy supervisors in districts ?

i dont know the duty of literacy supervisor

PMU is project management unit which handles punjab government project based word, like land record management information system etc. They act as HRM department

Literacy supervisor work is 100% field work. They have to visit literacy schools.....

literacy supervisors were inducted before this too ? but i think this is first batch of literacy supervisors in all districts through literacy department , field work meaning visiting literacy schools off & on ? in that case a lump sum pay of 18 thousand is less , it should include travelling expenses too

plz har aik apna nts ka roll number aur post aur centre aur yeh bhi batayay kay wo 28 september ko appear huwa tha ya 11 or 12 october ko

its surprising that NTS conducted test for same posts in 4 different days , first they take it in September then in October, i think tests in north Punjab was taken in October. Well i don't think department will give bikes as females were also allowed to apply & normally they don't drive bikes. Travelling allowance can be expected if this is field job. Its important to know job duties in a project job, because if it is not defined you are at mercy of department about what work they will take from you. Its one week since results are announced, so far no call or letter is received from literacy department as far as i know.

no movement is done by literacy department , also they are doing work to settle their offices in districts so they can manage staff accordingly, tender for equipment,computers has been advertised. Its possible that their will be a delay in interviews . Other chance is that they will start the process after 10 muharam

dear just wait for literacy deprtment announcement or some movement regarding that , all are reumours which are being spread so far. May be literacy department will start process after muharram holidays but as i said that there can be delay as literacy department is setting up its own offices now in each district of punjab

yes, though it is up to department that which criteria they will decided as merit

As candidates keep on visiting literacy department website , it has exceeded its bandwidth limit & now inaccessible, surprised to know that a government department website runs on such low bandwidth , i tried to call project management unit under which literacy supervisors come but can't able to get through , may be their phone line was not working . If any one here is from Lahore, he should go to literacy department office & get information. Other then that so far no one received call,letter or e.mail for interview or further process

dear district seats were not announced , for 36 districts 133 seats were advertised, meaning 3 to 4 seats will be filled in each district depending on the size & population of district , literacy officer was one each for each district. No interview is conducted so far. I got 69 marks

Literacy supervisor seats come under project management unit , i think this number is of another sub-department within literacy department
