Their r servral reason Y they Called lesser People to test/interview.

1. 2-3 Post Available.
2.You have Low CGPA,They Prefer 3.5+.
3.Not Graduated from PIEAS,UET,IST,NUST etc
As far as I know, these things do not matter much. The real fact is if you have done exceedingly well in the test and interview, have a sound conceptual knowledge of the field and have a very good research project backed up by reputed research publications, then you can easily make it to the waiting list and possibly get a call in the future as the slots become free if not selected in the present batch. Please bear in mind that Public sector organizations never insult the human resource. If you are capable, then no one can stop your selection on merit. If you don't work hard, then the loss will be yours. Failure is a key to success. Not to learn from failure is a great curse. So do work very hard and have high hopes from Almighty Allah and InshaAllah you will be successful.
Dear senior members,

I received SPD performa for security clearance of AM (Electronics). There is a section where I have to enter the particulars of my "NEAR RELATIVES" in foreign countries. I want to know what type of NEAR RELATIVES they want me to enter? Either only family members (Brother, sister, mother, father, wife) or (Maternal and Eternal Relatives like Chacha Mamon Khala)?
Near relative is a person who is your or your partner's parent, brother, sister, adult child or non-dependent minor child (or step equivalents of these relationships). Hope it would help.

Dear, Public Sector Organizations are not the only employers. My previous statement was general not specific to Public Sector Organizations only. PIEASians, NUSTians, UETians, FASTians, COMSATSians, GIKIans, LUMSians, NEDians etc are not the only philosophers, there are intelligent minds in other Universities too and they deserve our respect and honor. :) :)

It's better to not mention those relatives in sec docs...........otherwise clearance will be delayed for indefinite period.................................means least chances for offer letter.............

Near Relatives in India, Bangladesh and Afganistan

Dear respected senior members,

Although your advise is very respectable for me. But my first cousin (which is in PAEC) and one of my near friend (which is in NESCOM) have shared some different views. They told me not to hide any details about this because they will know. NESCOM friend has two near relatives which is in INDIA which he mentioned in performas. He got joining letter after 1.5 years of security clearance. Although I dont have any relatives in india:vangry, Afganistan and bangladesh. Only one in USA. So i am hopeful to hear some good news.

And one thing more for information, there is no PUWWA thing in security clearance process. When it comes to our nuclear assets, No GENERAL MAJOR can help you. And I think its good. We are here because of Pakistan. So safety of our land is far far far more important.

Thanks All.
