Dear, no one is perfect in this world. Mistakes do happen sometimes but the majority of our human resource in the defense sector is good. Yes, there is no such thing as power in this sector. They choose the brightest among the best. Because it's the matter of national pride and security so they don't take any risks.

I wish you best of luck for your on going job in public sector as u said. As far as your question, I want to ask how many terrorist activities u had observed or heard from the news paper in SPD public sector (NESCOM, SUPARCO, KRL, AWC etc). These are safe because SPD is doing best. In Navy, Army and Air force, there is no such thing of security clearance by SPD. I respect your opinion and I appreciate it.

Regarding to the job, U r working already in Public Sector. It means ALLAH has given you His blessing to work in these public sector which strengths our defence. And anyone who defend islamic state is either GAZI or SHAHEED. As I mentioned, We are here due to our country. Hum rahain ya na rahain, PAKISTAN hamesha zindabad.

Bhayya ap thora sbr kr lo meri dua he ke aap ko offer letter milay aur ap thora qreeb se observe kro sari chezo ko...... yahan hr jga PUWWA chalta he and SPD orgs are not exception to it........ma SPD me job ny krta hu GHAZI sb ma bta chuka hu ke 2 dfa security form milay mujay lekin offer letter mujay nai kisi PUWWAY walay ko mil gya....... public sector ka mtlb hota he Govt sector viz not limited to SPD orgs......

In fact, I just some how believe that Brother Naser Khan is serving in a public sector organization and I was just curious to know the name but that doesn't mean anything. My aim is not to know anyone personally on this forum. My best wishes and prayers are with you guys. Yes, I totally agree that everyone working hard is contributing towards this country. If you ask me than I could tell you in the words of our HR Head "You are blessed people". Let us generalize it "We Pakistani Muslims are a blessed nation". Work hard, pray to Allah and you will be successful. Muslims and Pakistan will always remain. There is no doubt about that. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Well I am talking about SPD public sector as I mentioned also. Agar aesa hai k apko security forms mile aur nahi hua tu janab ek na ek din tu call ayegi cuz clearance wale ek bande ne apna personel experience bataya k uski clearance 3.5 years bad hui aur unho ne ek achi job chor di sirf is wajah se k SPD mein ho raha hai.

And mera koi puwwa nahi. Baqi halat aese hain k koi reference k begair ab private job b nahi de raha.
