For all those who are asking about newly appointed salary as per bps-16 slab 15880-1280-54280.

Here is the calculation:

Gross salary of newly appointed FBR BS-16 employee is 35725/= after adding all allowances (Basic pay, house rent, medical allowance, conveyance allowance, other adhoc. allowances etc.) less deductions (benv. fund & gp fund) = Rs.32535/= net salary

After 6 months you'll get add. one basic pay in the name of performance allowance so Rs.15880 will be added to your salary so it will become Rs. 48415/= net, but as you guys know that our current tax slab is Rs.4,00,000/= per annum so now your salary will be tax deductible.
Now additional Rs.504.08/= wil be deducted from your salary & you'll take net Rs.47911/= per month after performance allowance's addition & tax deduction.

Furthermore, you guys can also get house hiring.
