LAHORE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY HAS ANNOUNCED NEW JOBS UNDER GENERAL CADRE.
NO OF POSTS ARE :24
POSTS:ASSISTANT DIRECTOR.

there are three issues regarding these posts.
1.NTS has mentioned only test marks as selection criteria but later on when the test is over,they add matric,inter and graduation cum masters marks in total score like they did in 2013.
2.Corruption,nepotism being rampant in the society is also another hurdle.The posts have been subjected to political affiliation as the case in 2013.
3.Test take place only in Lahore therefore candidates belonging to other places face serious difficulties reaching the test center.

Me LDA me job krta hu as Assistant (BS-14) or LDA ka criteria he 50% Test marks 35% Academics and 15% interview or ye criteria bnaya he transparency k lie he, na to LDA apke nts test change kr skta he or na academics to political affiliation kaise aae gi..85% marks apke hath me he or first merit isi 85% se bnta he or usi me se top ko call ki jati he 3 candidates per seat is lie bina prove k aisi disappointment na philain please...bura mat manana..

These posts based on pure merit. Anyone with good academics and good marks in NTS test can easily compete on merit...

Can you please elaborate the academics marks distribution.I mean how much they consider matric then f.a. then so on..

Similarly har aik ka educational background differ karta hai.......Aik banda na PU sa graduation ki ha.....70 percents marks laina us ka dream hota ha while in other universities it is easy to fetch 70 percent marks.
Ya hai "MERIT" ??

When u have superior institutions like Punjab public service commission than why NTS?
As LDA is a matter of public interest than why not PPSC??????

i agree with Futuristic ...these peoples are just making us fools..
1st..800 fee
2nd..as LDA is a govt department then why they do not recruit through PPSC...

Can anyone guide me about this job? Paper pattern.. books etc..

Sorry to say dear you are wrong nowadays Lda is appointing people purely on merit.i got selected as assistant director last year in lda and i havent see a single person in my batch(almost of 50 persons selectd last year)got the job on affiliation or reference

These posts are announced on contract basis. Is there any chance of permanent in future?
