Thanks. got the nomination. Can you please share the way forward. The email I received is from gmail account. There is scanned copy of letter attached and the dates of 2015 are mentioned.
There is nothing to fill in it.

IPC email that we received last year was from gmail account and this year same unprofessionalism has been repeated. The scanned copy that you have received is just to inform you, soon you will get a hardcopy of notification with your name on it by post. The named letters will be correct, these scanned letters are always sent with previous year's date.

Please provide your email address so that I could further guide you through the upcoming process.

You have to submit the application online at the link provided in the letter. After that, you will have to take a printout of that application and send the hard copy to IPC. But you have to hurry up as the last date for online submission is 15 November.
